The Talara bar menu is an authentic representation of the spirit and liveliness of South America.

Brazil has designated the Caipirinha as their national drink, so we serve this bold, yet sweet drink made with only the finest Cachaca, brown sugar and lime. Our premium rum can be found in a multitude of mojitos and many other refreshing cocktails. And not to be outshined by the colorful cocktails, we offer a deep list of South American and Spanish wines.
